Services
Simplify Workforce Inc. offers SaaS, cloud-based solutions hosted on Amazon’s cloud to provide a completely automated and customized solutions for managing procure to pay processes for our clients. We offer these services through our online platform simplifyvms.com and mobile application. As part of these services, SimplifyVMS obtains Personal Data of the individuals whose profile is created in the portal through self registration or through creation of the profile by our customers.
Personal Data
Personal Data means data about a living individual who can be identified from such data which is includes but is not limited to name, mailing address(/es), email address(/es), government issued unique identification numbers, phone numbers or any other personal attributes. Any data that cannot be identify (directly or indirectly) to a specific individual is not considered

Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated using the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

Data subjects can opt-out of using their personal data for marketing purposes at any point, however by accepting the terms and conditions on the website, data subjects are providing us the consent to use their information for marketing and various other promotional purposes. Simplify does not sell or provide personal data of any data subject to thirdparty organization without the consent of the data subject and / or mandated by law or court order.

We are the data processors of the personal data collected on our tool where our customer is the data controller.

SimplifyVMS has further committed to refer unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to JAMS, an alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your complaint to your satisfaction, please email privacy@simplifyworkforce.com for more information.
